Feedback on PaySystems for echeck processing please.

Looking for anyone using these guys to process your online check transactions. I'm in contact with them, but haven't decided if I'm gonna go with them or not.

Any feedback from those who use them would be appreciated.

They suck.

For instance, they processed a check for me 2 months ago, which as it turns out, I had Sam void for me. Ok. No problem.

The client was never billed for the check, paysystems never collected it, and I was never settled for the amount, right?

LOL, so last week, I get $79.00 sucked out of my account for a "refund" on this transaction.

Here's the best part.

I have talked to them 9 times on the phone. Nobody can find where this should have been taken out of my account. But they won't release my money ! They still have it !

I never got a call from anyone. Not even one e-mail. They promised they would call me back. Friday. Saturday. Monday. Tueaday.... My rep did call yesterday because I called and left a message with him.

He pretty much said "we're looking into why the system allowed a transaction to be reversed that had been voided, however They STILL won't release MY money they say should have never been moved ! !

Yea, go with paysystems. Their slow assed timing out servers have cose me clost to $1,000 that I KNOW of. Their techs are "aware of a problem" but don't know how to fix it. Been over 45 days. While the tech department admits to knowing there's a problen, a certain rep gets on the board and says that it's my clients connectivity problem.

Fuck that.

I am happy to hear that you have had your money refunded. We launched PSeCheck in the beginning of September and there have been a few growing pains. We are getting exponentially more efficient as we get more comfortable with ACH as an organization. We have propelled ourselves into the position of industry leader as a third party CC processor, but it took a lot of time and a ton more of hard work...it will be the same with PSeCheck and I look forward to the time when we no longer have to worry about these isolated incidents.

He should know. He's the only one who called me back, and he's the one who finally physically walked over to the accounting department and lit a fire under them about this issue.

Supposed to get a call from fraud/accounting about how that money sure should be on my ACH this week, just on the principal of the matter.
How it should have never been removed, and why, when nobody could find it, they still held it.

That call hasn't came.

Also, why do I still have a check in my admin from last week that hasn't been captured?
