Clarification:

When I was in business before, among other sites, I operated a Webmaster Resourse site and a TGP.

I required recips on both sites. All too many Webmasters would submit their sites/galleries without a recip. Or they would submit their sites with the recip and would later take it down, for one reason or another.

This would irritate the hell out of me. Well after having gone through this bullshit with Spacedog, I have done some rethinking.

I am far to old to put up with this irritation, this time around, so I have changed my rules to a recip is not required but would be appreciated. With hindsite I do not know why I didn't do this in the first place.
