Webmaster Content Referrals ???????

Webmaster A refers Webmaster B to XYZ Content

Webmaster B buys some licensed content.

Webmaster A gets either:

a) A one time referral fee (10% of sale maybe)

b) A credit towards buying some content.

c) ?

Do any content providers currently do this?

If so who, if not why the fuck not?

I have heard of several that do this, but unfortunately I can't remember who. I'm sure some of them will post here.

either 10% paid out or the double amount on the clients content account to buy content for.
