Dialer Help

Hi everybody,
I am looking into starting a dialer website that will have several niches, about 8-10 categories. The website will target American and European surfers. But I have several questions before I begin this:
1. What is the most efficient and profitable way of doing this? (Design wise)
2. How can I get traffic to this website ASAP as soon as it is operational and for free?
3. What should I know about dialers?

I would really appreciate all help about this matter.

Regarding the design of a dialer page, it's quite hard to tell ya which page would be the most appropriate.

I have webmasters with just one page (like an hentai drawing) that make a lot and some with lots of pages and lots of banners that make less.

The thing is that u should insist with a text like "U don't have a credit card? Click here!!" or "u don't wanna pay with ur credit card on the Internet? Click here!!" on ur join page if u give the CC and the dialer options.

If u have traffic from US and from Europe, u could say for ur Euro traffic something like "U live in Europe? Click here!!".
