    Webmaster Referrals Question

If you had a choice of earning 15% from a single-tiered webmaster referral program or 15% from a multi-tiered program which would you choose and why?

Or would you prefer to promote webmaster referrals on a multi-tiered level for example, tier one pays 15%, tier 2 pays 10% tier 3 pays 5%?

Per active webmaster then? Rather than a percentage of their total earnings?

That would be cool from a Webmaster viewpoint but since hardly anybody does it it must be not worth it to pay out unless the webmaster is performing?

What I mean is the Affiliate program not having to pay a lifetime percentage doesn't make up for all the Webmasters that just join and don't push it who you would have to pay out on.
