Email Collection Box

Anyone with some suggestions for the best software / script to collect and mail emails?

I would be using it for an "updates" notfication of one of my sites.

There are LOADS out there, but not sure what to use.

Mojo mail works well. Also, XA Scripts is giving out a free one as well.
