Yeah it's time to catch up with the rest of the biz or else a mass exodus will begin of webmasters leaving them. My ratio overal for the last 2 months is about 1:3600 and that's hits to the join page total hits I'm looking at about 1:7000

I think their 30 mins free preview is whats scaring away the customers. I did try to sign up for their 30 Minute Preview Membership on their CCF pop up and got the following message:
Our primary credit card processor was unable to process your application,
and you have not been billed yet for your membership.
Please re-enter your card number and expiration date to try our secondary processor.

If the credit card form does not open in 3 seconds, please click here.

3-4 seconds latter I was redirect to their Paycom.net sign up page asking for my CC# an information.
That could be throwing off the customers/surfers making them think their getting something for free when in reality their being charged.
Id say drop the free 30 min deal and cross sell. Buy one member ship password/ free access to all their other sites for 7-14 days

Honestly if I were them I would consider something like a 3.95 trial to the site you are on at the time and access to it only for 1 day, and also offer a 9.95 trial with access to all of their sites for 1 day. I think that would kick some ass and selling those 9.95 trials would be sweet.

Actually, I'd like them to bring back the $5.00 trials. They converted a lot better than the free trials... for me anyways. But then again, that was back with WSB.

I have complete faith in the TripleXCash product and their webmaster service. Frankly, the only problems I could see was a billing issue or that my users have grown tired of the promotional adverts. I'll throw different banners at them and see.

1:2700 is simply either bad luck or not normal.

I'm not so sure it's bad luck when it happens to so many people coincidences are a myth. PPS trials is what it's all about, hell though if they would do the 9.95 1 day trial to all of their sites I would be happy to stay with rev share.

I've had steady conversions with them throughout the WSB ordeal until now. I have SE's traffic pumping most of the traffic in that direction and I can't complain! 1:268 across the board this period.

CFF Converts fine for me, but thats because I know how to promote it. It used to be a case of slap anything up and they would buy, but its not anymore. I do 1:300 on average for a good number of joins, but I also know over 5 others who do 1:2000 or worse.

A trial is the answer because in running their program they want to present their stuff to a wide group of people and webmasters utilizing all different types of traffic. If they didn't they would make registering no longer open to everyone.

So not every webmaster is selling to the crowd you are selling to otherwise your ratios would go down. They should open it up as most programs do to present to a wide spectrum of surfers cheap bastards and people willing to spend more or else close registrations.

I think it's a question about their prosessor setup.. Every time they set Paycom as the main prosessor im bellow 1/500 and every time the have ccbill as main i'm more like 1/2000..

it's totaly sucked this month though, right now i'm in 1/7500, seems it just stoped selling at all when they changed the main prosessor back about a week ago

Hope they solve it though, I realy like their sites and the folks behind so would be a shame if they didn't work it out

The day after they announced they were going to be down for a few hours to fix the stats and they were changing things up a bit. They must have screwed the shaving up the next day because my traffic didn't change but my hits tripled, then they went down again and my hits dropped to a third of what they were and my traffic hasn't changed a bit.

From running my own program I know that trials are not a good idea unless you are cross selling, or playing some sorta games with the surfer.

Their sites work much better when only offering the trial after the surfer clicks back! Trials straight up are not a good idea for sites like those in Triplexcash's portfolio.

So true, giving people and option between paying $3.99 and $30 only makes you loose out on many of the $30 signups, poping them with the free or cheap trial afterwards is a great idea though.. and seems to work very well too
