Which partnership programs?

Which partnership programs are the best to use? I have a small site that gets around 4000 uniques a day from yahoo and google. I would like one that has niche sites to promote but if it is better to use different ones tell me which ones are the best for each niche. Oh I would also prefer to link to them using text links rather than banners.
