iBill problems today?

Is iBill okay today? My sites' conversions took a massive spike down, click throughs to sponsor 2nd pages surged up.

I have a Master Account with ibill and we've had multiple joins every hour today, so I'm pretty sure they're up and running.

ibill is really starting to suck. there like the worst processor in the biz. There always having some type of problem , so they say. Stats are never accurate, sales are always disappearing, then reappearing, and ratios go from good to bad and back all the time..it's getting old. They also Never tell anyone what's going on, and are always saying their looking into the current problems, ..but nothing ever gets resolved..bottom line is ibill is on the bottom of the processor list from what I can see and in my opinion.

Not to mention their stats in general if they were even close to working, basically suck. they offer little to no helpful info, just sign ups and rebills, if they work that particular day..

Actually I did have a few today.. I was referring to the general trend that I am noticing about ibill stats compared to a few other processors like ccbil and gobill and a few others. It just seems that ibill has more problems then all of them, worse customer relations, and by far the worst useful stats data for the webmasters.

I usually try to keep away from programs that use ibill, however I do use a few. I would say I've been using ibill for at least 2 years. I will say this that their checks do come every 2 weeks like clockwork, I guess that's some compensation for being the bottom of the totem pole processor.
I mean seriously, if they really have technical problems, then they should be fixed immediately ?? so is it that they are scamming or should I say skimming money?? or is there something that I'm missing about them??

Damn, the memo said they would only be down on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thurdays and Sundays. Now Im gonna call my rep and complain..
