I generally act before I think things through, if it was something against my ethics or even illegal, I'd probably do them some physical harm for even suggesting I do it and then after I'd calmed down tell them where to go.

If it's a best friend and he asks you to help him move, you'll do it, you may not want to, but you will

If he asks you to come and help wipe his ass, you prolly won't.

As far as a boss asking, it really depends how he asks, if it was respectful or not
