I rarely buy shit on ebay unless but i ordered a digital cable signal ampifier from this cocksmoker for 50 bucks , and wanted next day air on it. So He tells me it was gonna ship on Fri. Today he emails this:

Hi

I received your order and payment.

There has been an unexpected delay with shipping
of this product. I am expecting to be able to ship
your unit this week next day air.

I am very sorry for the delay. If you cannot wait I
can issue you a full refund.

Man your kidding me right? You told me it was gonna ship on Friday.I chose next day because i needed it ASAP. You pretty muched fucked me over man. I am not even gonna argue with you on this. I never understood why people try to sell things they don't have in stock - or the other scam of putting up multiple auctions for the same single item and selling it to the 'highest' bidder. Shitty dealings really. I never put anything up on ebay that I haven't got in hand. Its just good business.

Dude you got scamed, you can get signal boosters W/ 4 way spliter, @ walmart & radio shack for under $20.00.
I used to work for @home, back in teh days before it was Comcast. We did it all the time. Get one of those & place it as close as you can get to where the signal enters the house & you will be set. + $80 richer.

Negative Feedback should only be left if you have used all other means of getting a situation rectified, not just because an order is not getting to you as fast as you wished it was.

In fact if he gives you a full refund, in my opinion then he deserves extremely positive feedback...that's just good customer service on his part.

Hell I've had big companies like Amazon promise something to be shipped in 2-3 days only to find out it had to be back ordered, they usually just end up shipping it free of charge.

Now if they guys does not issue a refund or send the product then that's an etirely different matter.

But read the ebay policies regarding the feedback and dispute procedures and proceed accordingly, otherwise you'll be just another user diminishing the value of that system.

Leave out the obscenity when you complain to people. You are more likely to get a refund when you are polite. A lot of these guys will just delete you e-mail if you're hostile and then you'll have to go through the trouble of charging back.

I just bought a cell phone battery on Ebay. The thing is twice as thick as my old cell phone battery so even though it fits on the back of my phone, it doesn't fit in my charger so I have to use the car charger on it. Also, my leather cell phone case doesn't fit anymore so that's $30 down the drain.

I looked on Ebay, and no one sells the thin battery anymore for some reason. Best Buy doesn't sell it either...I guess it was discontinued. Makes my 1/2 inch thick phone a 1/4 inch thicker though.
