hmmm... well... the full vert graphic is 494 px... your table is set at 494 px... and I assume the total height of the spliced images is 494... but the bottom horiz graphic seems to be pushed down... probably by that text box... try to clean up the code around that... seems like extra space beneath it...Comment

Check for blank spaces and take them out... try to move everything between the td tags on once line... Also try taking out the font and div tags... those are buggers too...Comment
