domain transferral problems

A while ago now I registered a domain with these jokers UK2.net

Yes, I didn't know what I was doing back then.

The domain is up for renewal in about a month anyway so I am trying my best to change it over to another registrar.

I requested transferral and they turned it down flat, also I have emailed them asking why and what is going on etc... no answer.

Anyone have any experience with these jokers?

And/Or know what you have to do to get your domain handed over?

next time you need to try to transfer 3 months before it expires... I had the same problem with Net Solutions... I hate them! I had to stay with them for another yr... I just transfered 6 months after to Directnic.com
