Ray at JupiterHosting and Brad at Sinhost have both treated me like kings, and I am a relatively small client. I cannot reccomend both enough. They have both done everything they can to make me happy.

Both take Paypal.

The advice I can give is DO NOT choose the cheapest host. Ask around about service, look at track records, and PEERING, and make a choice based on that.

If you need anonymous domain registration, Godaddy does it for $17. I'm not sure where else to look.
