Looks pretty good... except for this:

If there is a picture on this site that has copyright then the owner of the copyright can email me and I will remove the picture from this site, or buy the legal rights to publish that image here if possible

This translates to:

"I have stolen these pics and couldn't fucking care less about your copyright or license, but if you get mad and email me, I'll take them down so you won't sue me."

Yeah... might wanna get rid of that little paragraph there.
