Some apache issues on the main server. Everyone's already been refunded and issued a free month. Since everything is restored the server should be running stable again from now on. We hardly have any uptime issues lately so IF there is ANY downtime next month, it will be refunded.

In another thread about 30 mins ago you replyed to another host being down:

"Every day new people come into play and prices get cheaper, and some people have unrealistic ideas of what is truly required to offer reliable services with good support. I remember I checked them out once, their prices were outrageously cheap.

If you are looking for affordable, reliable hosting, hit me up. If you are looking for cheap and understand what the consequences are, we can do that too ;)"

You are right, but do you tell a drug addict not to give you the advice not to take drugs? Plus this is a slightly different case here, their network went down. We have a *very* stable and reliable network and it's getting better all the time.

I agree, this has been a terrible week for us and I understand the anger and frustration webmasters must have. But, what can you do in these situations except refunding. Like I said, it has been resolved and we will be getting back the good uptime we always had.

Then you should have kept your comments out of other peoples threads bashing at other hosts........ right now you are not much better. Get YOUR stuff together and spend less time bashing at other hosts, spend more time keeping your own servers up. Is this how you play this biz?
