Pool.com are most likely to win a domain for you, but then the domain can go to auction and there's a good chance someone will outbid you.

Snapnames are ok but have been losing out to pool lately.

GoDaddy are perhaps best cost:reward ratio.. but if the domain is high quality they have a low chance of getting it.
