Why hasnt anyone actually published (online) the new Visa regulations that we are all required to follow by the 1st of October?

Surely someone somewhere has a copy of this document they can upload for us all to read over?

Just seems strange to me that we are only hearing small snippets of this information over a long period of time when, in reality, if when we first heard about this stuff one of the processors uploaded all the docs we could go throuh them and make sure we are all in compliance with them and get on with running our businesses.

If Visa follows it's historical way only the banks have a copy of the rules and they probably have been told they cannot release them. Amazing as it might seem you, we have no relationship with Visa, we are not a party to their rules we just pay the price for them when they enforce them,

Probono, unfortunately that would seem to be the case however, how would visa ever track down who released the info if it were disseminated (that the right word?) over the net?

I mean it would move so quickly it would be virtually if not, impossible to trace its origins.
