just curious...but why don;t you start charging 50% up front and 50% at delivery? That way, both parties in the deal have something into it. One has thier cash, the other thier time.
I got burned once and that was it for me. That is the only way i o it now. UNLESS they are reagular repeat customers, that you know can be trustedComment

But after all the work was complete, approved of, and the time came to pay, he decided to change his mind. It's VERY old now..
