Problems using my valid CC's on the net?

Wtf???

I tried twice today to buy stuff on the net with my US dollar MC cc (which i never had problems with before) and both times it got declined.
Spoke one of my gf's @ MC and she says that the transaction isnt even getting to them.

One of the purchases was through ibill.
Ccbill never had problems with it.

This mean My card is being scrubbed or blacklisted?
I have Never done any CB's or any other crap either with any of my cards either..

This makes makes things alot harder than it should trying to operate over here!

If I come to a site (like a content provider) and they use Ibill, I don't even try. EVERYTIME I have tried to use Ibill I get declined... WTF... My cards are ALL Gold Cards and the bill is paid in full every month. Also I have NEVER DONE A CHARGE BACK, they must be scrubbing too hard to keep the chargebacks down. But it IS killing us all...
