I've always used 'type-it-in' to fill forms when submitting galleries, but I'm sure there's something better out there. Any suggestions??

Roboform is by far the best form filler I've ever used.
You can set up different profiles for different sites or use one profile for all, or a mix of both.
It'll fill forms without you having to prompt it if you want, and even click the submit button if you wish (I don't suggest you use that option though).
