why not keep on paypals ass and show them his billing address is the same as the shipping address... seems simple enough. if not post his name so noone else dose business with him.. ofcourse if you can proved he charged back, like a Screen shot or something.

1.)I have all the emails proving from his paypal email.

2.)He even said the program works great on his paypal emai.

3.)Decides that he wants money back then blocks my aim screen name.

4.)I called paypal. They said they would email me with the Sales rep fraud whatever dept.

5.) I told the lady he was bullshitting. She said she will ad a note to that.

6.) I gave him a program that I also decompiled net-devil. and recompiled with UPX

7.) I am waitng for his ICQ page. So I can post his ip + port on this board.
