One of my sites has been down intermittently for the past few hours...down for 10 mins, up for 10 mins...can't get a hold of my host. Would the cause of this be most likely network problems? Recommend some 100% uptime hosts?

The problem could be many things. I'm no tech so I won't pretend to know what's wrong, but it could be something very small and simple to fix.
