Talk to your iBill rep about Password Management. PIN coded are a thing of the past.

Password management is problematic for various reasons, particularly if you want a fancy tracking system.

I wouldn't invest much in iBill software right now. The nextgen system is on the horizon and it uses a very different (and much better) system than the pin codes on their 1.5 system. We've been beta testing the nextgen system since last August and its much more stable than 1.5 and the back end is far better than any other billing company's back end. Unfortunately it doesn't support web900 or revshare yet and they keep pushing back the general release date.

I use Ibill's password managment system and track sales etc. with no problems
