is there a page somewhere that will list all of the patches released since SP4?

Sort of like the *nix worlds errata pages?

Run Windows Update and you should get a nice list of junk you need to download/install/patch.

Windows update becomes a hastle, especially for boxes not on the network/broadband.

You got a point there, but I havent seen anything like you mentioned, and navigating any MS sites always hurts my brains. But you can always try to find an unpatched system and run windows update and make a list of available patches, probably more work than its worth if an actual patch list does exist somewhere.
