This site is note a usenet access provider.It is a site which use pictures grabbed on usenet as content.

Is that legal ?

i don't know where the law stands on these sites these days. there are so many of them and most have been around a long time, nobody's shut them down. GUBA must be huge, they do the same thing.

They are still in violation of copyright. For the same reason that a hosting provider can be shut down for hosting a third party site with illegal materials, so can this fucker be shut down. He's in Germany though so it's a tougher job to take them down.
