Hosted Gallery Question (Feedback Required)

So we are currently working on some hosted galleries for the sites on Stud Money but cant decide which of the following would be best suited to webmasters needs, if you can give me any feedback on the following it would be appreciated.

1) Having Dynamic Hosted Galleries That Update Every Month Using A Single Url

2) Having Static Hosted Galleries Updated Monthly With A new Model All With Their Own Url.

3) Having Both Static And Dynamic Hosted Galleries Updated Monthly.

The same three scenarios would also be considered for hosted MPG Galleries.

Which of the three would you as a webmaster prefer us to offer you?

Obviously as you will be the people using these sales tools it makes sense for us to get your feedback as well, quite honestly, you have most probably already used hosted sales tools using all three of the above scenarios and you know which ones work best on the traffic you have available.

Static is the way to go IMO. Dynamic hosteds sucks.

if you can't have daily rotating galleries, might as well have static galleries so the webmasters can use accurate descriptions

Static Galleries with regular or semi-regular new additions. And don't do anything cute and tricky with page listing the galleries. Put them all in one big straight list so I can just select, copy, and paste into my stuff. Or at least make a downloadable text file containing all the links.

Nothing more frustrating than a sponsor who tries to make a nice pretty layout for the gallery listing full of tables and un-needed shit. All that does is make it take more time for us to get your listings into our databases, and in many cases I'll skip sponsors who do that and move on to others where I can grab a big list in 2 seconds instead of 10 minutes.

That will get you listed at a lot of more TGPs for sure.

I hear ya on that, and the ONLY cute stuff we will have on any Stud Money site will the Twinks haha.

So a page with the urls to the galleries, a clickable 'preview gallery' link along with a link to a plain text file containing all the urls - Gotcha thank you also for the feedback

Indeed and the text links would be something we did as a standard we already have a great selection of text links in our promo area so we would most likely offer these ina section specifically for the hosted galleries

Now what about hosted movie galleries is there a call for this type of marketing tool?

Obviously because 80% of the content we have on our sites is exclusive i would think that hosted movie galleries would convert like crazy would they not?

Yeah, movies seems to convert better. And I don't think the movies need to be too long and big. Maybe 10 sec each. Some sites are using 3 movies of 2 MB each and that's just crazy IMO.

I agree on that as well. Short clips. If I've got my choice, I prefer the "Choker style" single clip embedded in the page.

Anyone else have any different vies or does that about sum up the way webmasters would like hosted MPG's?

Not meaning to spam anyone in particular...That's just the first URL I hit with that type of movie setup. But anyway, that's the style I like. Basically a FPA with a movie embedded in it.

Not that you asked...But just to throw in why I prefer those types of movie galleries...

Better for you... You can make 6 galleries out of a 60 second clip instead of 2 or 3.

Less free porn for the surfer. They get a zillion pics, they don't need a zillion movies too.

And for the TGP, it promotes better productivity because they have to click 3 times to get 3 movies instead of getting 3-6 movies in one gallery. Helps me move more traffic.

Now a quick question tot hrow back at you if i may...

Lets say we offered hosted movie gallerys and also offered the SAME clips we used ont he galleries as free content, if a webmaster used those clips in their own gallery would you have any reason to decline their submission as long as the content was updated regularly?

So each update we did to the MPG Galleries we added additional free content to webmasters at the same time.

No, but I probably won't accept it IF I'm already using the hosted galleries with the same content on my TGPs

Also, use TGP2 style galleries. They convert much better than your standard gallery. I wish more sponsors would do that, but most don't know the tgp game.
