    Question about wmv format

Is there a program that will render wmvs already encoded to say 768 kbps to 56K, 100K, 300K etc all at the same time. Also is there one that breaks scenes up into designated clips..such as 1 min, 2 min, etc

Yes, I believe I can help

Try Player 1.4.0, it works good for me on WMV files. For ultimate and ultra fast video editing for all formats use TGMpeg Encoder

The best kept secret in mass video editing on various configurations.

    Go to downloads.com
    or tucows.com

Another gem is a program formally know as MYFLIX but no known as M-EDIT. I have used this one for years because it's the fastest and easiest. Work the money but cracks can be found.

I used Premier for a couple of years but I didn't like the interface and it froze during rendering a lot. I finally switched to Vegas 4.0. It can render videos in mulitple formats without having to use any plugins. It's great but it will cost you:
