DNS problem.. need some help pls

i've changed the DNS of one of my sites becouse i've moved to a new server but now, after the dns update, i get some strange error when i try to access my site:

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server."

i've make all the same setings and change to anothers of my sites that i've moved to my new server and everything works fine

what is the problem? i need to fix that fast becouse i lose of my traffic

now i see that is i open the site with netscape navigator works fine but in internet explorer don't work.. i don't understand what is that..
