It has been over a week now or trying to get a hold of these guys. The support in this industry fucking sucks.

The plot thickens, both numbers on the whois with Network Solutions are disconnected and I get this message when doing a whois through directnic.com

Candid's servers and fast and reliable, however, you can't get their tech folks to do anything. If things don't improve soon, we're moving our servers elsewhere too.

Go to directnic.com and do a whois on them, there domain may be gone soon if they don't have correct whois info. We are with SinHost and they rock.Originally posted by M P
