I got my first return check today. Does CCBill stop access by that user after their check is returned or must they be manually deleted?

3rd party companys dont give a fuck about a check, but heaven forbid it be a visa

I had a couple returned checks...1 while in FL for Internext. Those aren't fun to deal with!
