Ibill took on a new customer who had their
own merchants account. This customer had
millions in rebills to process and they tried
to cram em all into their rebiller in one
shot. Thats what started this whole cluster
fuck. They brought another rebiller online
and it appears they are still having some
problems.

The bitch is that all of us (who have our own
rebills to process) are taking a backseat
while they process this new guys money.

My rebills are a full week behind. No matter
what kind of smoke they blow up your ass that
is going to cost us money. Last month was
the first month since 1995 that I made less.
It was because of those three days at the end
of the pay period when their rebiller choked.

This is pissing me off. They should put this
new account on the back burner and take care
of the people who have been with them for
years.

I have tried to build up sales to sponsors in all of the bigger cc proccessors so when one fucks up then I still have something comeing from the others. Even epoch will get you money someday:o)

I figure I will give them a few more days
then I use ccbill again. You have no idea
how much it pains me to use ccbill. After
the shit with Epoch a fews years ago I
do NOT trust anything a billing company has
to say. If the check doesnt show its time
to leave - period.

Im not anxious to leave ibill. Im pissed they cost me money again last month !
The biggest problem is these "growing pains" seem to happen on a monthly
basis anymore. Its not just this problem, it's the last three months of problems.

Their tracking problem in the beginning of November cost me thousands of dollars. 2 of my sponsors made a compensation agreement and that's why I got almost $1000 back. I do have about 15 other Ibill accounts and won't get that lost money ever. Thanks Ibill for fucking me in the ass, but next time please GFY !!!
