Verotel problems?
Suddenly we go a lot of chargebacks at Verotel. When investigating we found out that all of them came from two resellers, one has 35% chargebacks so far. Must used stolen cards or used friends to buy access and then make chargebacks. We tried to contact the customers but the mail addresses are faked. But!! Verotel let the resellers keep their part! If not it has not been any idea to act as the thieves do. We have contacted Verotel three times asking why the resellers can keep their money after a chargeback but no answer so far. We have to pay the thief +$15 to Verotel + the high risk to be banned at Visa. A very easy way to get rid of a competitor as well, I must say! We have been customers at Verza/Verotel almost from the
very beginning, never before they have refused to answer mails. Time to worry?
