It has nothing to do with paranoia, it has to do with following rules, if you break the SPAM rules, then why shouldn't we think your going to break other rules, like paying Webmasters?

I think that for message board puposes spamming is "Posting on a board with the express purpose of self-promotion, without being a contributor otherwise."

I mean if I write a message that says "I need some good submissions, come to www.adultcore.com "

I don't think anyone would complain. If I posted it every 3 days, someone should. If it was the only thing I'd ever posted, someone should.
