Umm.. Accually a "cracker" is someone who takes fullversion software and cracks it so you dont need to use the serial number or creates a "crack" that will bi-pass it.. and a hacker is someone who "hacks" into protected areas which they are not permitted...

hackers - geeks that break into sites and other shit for fun
crackers - geeks that break into sites for "profit" (not always money, respect also)
also:
hackers - geeks that break into sites for profit
crackers - geeks that "crack" software for respect
