Just saw this security update today on StormPay.
Important Update:
In order to make the StormPay system more secure for our users, we now have postal address validation. All new accounts must validate their postal address before a withdrawal from the system is allowed. If you see a link (above) asking you to request for your PIN Code, please click on that link, and request your PIN Code to validate your postal address. Please do so now, in order to allow your withdrawals processing without delay.
Effective September 15th, ALL accounts will be required to validate their postal address before withdrawals can be performed.
