Jeffery, thumbsplus has a new version out, its very good.

Arles is the best imho... especially once you figure out how to use the template stuff in it Thumbplus has a lot of great uses too and probably can do the same with templates, but I never took the time to learn it as well (although we do use it on a daily basis).

Thumbnailer is pretty good too, but I still put Arles up there as the best
