Google question - how's this done?

The bottom listing. I clicked to see what code he used for the stars as I originally found the listing among a load of terms and it really stood out with them. However, even the cache shows a different page. How's the guy doing that? Oh..and if anyone knows the code for the stars without me having to search....

Obviously - was simply wondering the code ie & ? or keyboard shortcut for it. However that's nothing to do with the redirection but forget the question. It's getting late and I didn;t think of doing something as simple as saving target

When you look at the 'real' cached page source that has to be one of the spammiest pages I've seen. Funny thing is for the terms he's after he's still not ranked that well
