Looks like I may be the latest Hungeryman victim... Job paid for up front 12 days ago, was told serveral times "it should be finsihed by tonight", now my messages are ignored... Oh well, live and learn I guess!

I've been dealing with a few wannabe's and now it's costing me so I'm looking for a real designer to finish what one "designer" has failed to finish.

I have one in mind already, but I'm still looking around so if there's any real designers around here that are interested in doing some work can you please leave a link to your site and/or portfolio?

I talked with you last on friday just past noon ....

I had all kinds of test for suspected Diabetes the past 3 days ...

I have now contacted you and explained why you had not heard from me in 3 days ... and even gave you 3/4 of your work ... I should have the rest done in an hour or two ...

Would be awefully nice of you to come and tell these drama queens that you have in fact been in touch with me, and that you may have acted hastily in posting a FLAME HUMGRYMAN post ....

by reducing the colors in that one slice, you saved a whopping not even 5K .....

If you had a clue what the fuck you were talking about, you would know that I DID use a perceptual palette, and I DID reduce the colors for the TEXT LAYERS ... but for the background image, I will stick to 256 color palette, so that you do not see visable seems between the slices

The reason why it is in 256 colors, is because of the shadowing and gradients elsewhere in the design, it losses quality when you drop the number of colors ... and when reducing that only saves 5K, I would rather keep it the same color palette thoughout the gallery for optimal color reproduction between the slices ...

If you are so fucking concerned about 5K of bandwidth, I can recommend you good places that sell cheaper bandwidth

BTW chodadog ... as the creator of that image, and the ultimate copyright holder, I give you 12 hours to remove it from your server, or yes I will pursue a theft litigation. (And yes I already have screenshots with the properties clearly showing that the image resides on your server .... you wanna play ball with me mutherfucker??? Let's play ball !!!

You know, that's funny. I optimized the entire gallery and i see no visible seams. Perhaps you have super eyes that are much better than my 20/20 vision. A whopping 5kb? just to let you guys know, i'm not the only one who probably won't contact you for samples or prices. once in a long while i will, but unless your work is really amazing, i will probably just use someone else who posts both.
