I have only been able to connect a few times over the past 10 days or so, and when I do I almost immediately get disconnected. I've uninstalled and installed, used Trillian and ICQs programs...still no luck.
Would be nice if webmasters started migrating to a better chat service. When I say better, I do mean reliable.Comment

Probabbly ICQ banned your ISP's ip numbers.. like starts at 195.74.........
Try to connect behind a proxy server. Be careful when you set it. it will be HTTPS, keep connection alive, on firewall section enter host of proxy server or servers ip, port, select https again...

ok, this is weird.. ICQ just came back up for me and I got several messages that I had already received from people earlier today. At the end of each message was several other messages that were not from people I knew.
