Paycounter problems?

all my stats have something in common --> 0
yesterday i noticed they stopped counting and now all show 0. Anyone experiences the same problem or is that me? Did I lost all my traffic?

My counters work now but a week ago I added 3 domains to my account and it took paycounter 4 days to start counting hits on them.

Working fine here today and lately. The referrer stats haven't been very accurate, but they still give me a good indication of who's listed me and who hasn't.

I posted a new gallery with new counter 1 week ago and it showed nothing but 0's all week even though my sponsor stats showed thousands of clicks.

Today everything is zeros.

There is definitely a lag involved before a new counter goes live. I discussed it with someone there previously and they said it can take a couple of hours. I've seen a couple of days even...and some just plain never worked.

Grab a bunch at once and stick it on some html page somewhere. Refresh it a bunch of times a day and when you need one for a new project, just grab one of the ones off that page that you can see is counting.

I have PayCounters on over 200 pages collecting pretty good stats till two days ago when all went to shit. Now there are just zeros.

Usually, when these problems are reported and discussed on GFY, KC from PayCounter turns up soon enough and explains what's going on.

But he hasn't turned up (yet)

Update..

OK, we found the problem. One of our database servers is having some sort of problem. Basically anyone's stats on this server are "stuck" between the place we record them and where you view them. This problem effected less than 10% of our webmasters.

Our current monitoring systems didn't detect the problem, they reported everything as running smoothly. We are going to implement an additional monitoring mechanism to prevent this from happening in the future.

Again, I'm sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.

My stats are f'd too..
For referrers I get No Data.
