Manual submitting is best, and manual everything = more money. Well maybe. Which is why I am asking!

I use russian submitter for the small tgp's and manually submit to a few of the big boys. Eroticlive, Easypic, and Ah Me are the only biggish ones that regularly accept my tgp's.

One posting via russian submitter gets me about 10,000 hits to the gallery for the first month and then dribs and drabs from then on.
