Finally got around to installing it today and I'm loving it.
The only thing is, I wish there were a user's forum. My ARS stats are still showing red and I'm wondering why (have done the right-click and reset thing) but don't want to bother support with something other people might've already figured out.
And what's up with Ibill today? Can anyone login? It's telling me my password is incorrect, which is bullshit.

ARS changed their stats a few days ago. We will release the next update on Monday, it will work again then.
BTW we always publish known problems. Just go to Help -> Known Problems... and you will see a page where all known problems are listed.
As for iBill... we are not aware of any problems, it works for us and we haven't received and other error reports yet. If you get a message that your password is wrong, you either entered a wrong username and/or password or iBill are having problems. Maybe you could try to re-enter your username and password any try again.
I used RevStats also a while to compare both of them but Stats Remote is just the better tool...
For iBill I had to change the update to every 3h otherwise they would ban me for some time

iBill banned your IP? Did it get 'unbanned' automatically after some time or did you have to contact them?

I was checking stats like ever 15 mins... at some time Remote Stats just couldn't log in anymore and neither could I manually log in... since no one mentioned iBill to be down I assumed I was banned and set Remote Stats to check every 3 hour and after a while it worked again....
so you have to release an update once a sponsor changes his design? might as well stay with perl and my own stats homepage if so.
well if a sponsors changes stats layout you'd have to change your perl script..
I used to script my own stats.. but SR provides so many extra breakdowns.. etc, I guess if you only used a handful of sponsors it'd be ok to stay with your own scripts.. but more than that you're wasting your time.
While we have the thread open anyone else got problems with statsremote and ccbill (system5 not affiliate stats)? Could just be me so thought I'd ask first - been like it for a few days now.

Minor glitch though in a nice bit of kit
Some of our other members had the same problem. Here is what helped in their case, maybe you could try that.
1. Click on 'CC Bill Main' in StatsRemote to login into your stats
2. Go to 'Home'
3. Click on 'Change Display Settings' and then click 'Next'
4. Check 'Use HTML instead of Java(TM)' and click 'Next'
5. Close IE
6. Close StatsRemote
7. Start StatsRemote
We haven't figured out why yet as it works for us no matter if we set the CC Bill stats to Java or HTML. Might be a cookie issue.

????
CC Bill Main or Affiliate stats? What happens when you click on it in StatsRemote? Are your stats opened in your browser or do you get an error message or a login screen?
For those who haven't done so get hold of a cash register noise and set it to play on sales. Iit's almost better than sex hearing that keep kerchinging
