ccbill cheques bouncing

iv been using ccbill for about 7 mths,
and last week had few cheques bounce.
when i phoned them, they told me that everything was fine on their end and that i should contact my bank.These cheques were
small so i didnt bother to call bank.
But now im speaking with other webmasters
,and are saying they also are getting nsf cheques,some $2-3000.
Anyone else having problems with checks clearing from ccbill,as i am finding out
more and more people are getting rubber cheques.

i had found out it was an error from my bank,it was only a $23 check i received about a mth ago,no big deal,..but i had a buddy contact me this morning saying a check had gone nsf,
when he contacted the bank, they told him
account doesnt exist.anyways ill pass him your icq# and maybe you can speak with him directly.

There have not been any problems on our end with checks.
In the future I would encourage you to contact me directly, or one of the other sales people. We are here exactly for this porpose. My number is 888-906-0666 ext. 158. or go ahead and icq me. I think it could save you a lot of frusteration by just getting the info straight from the source. Anyone that knows me will also tell you that I will not b.s. you if there is a problem.

I also wanted to say thanks to everyone that made the comments about our support staff. I will be sure to pass along the compliment to the head of the department, he works very hard to make sure we are at the top of our game!!!

We haven't made any changes to our banking structure whatsoever and we don't bounce checks.

Actually I've just talked to the head of accounting.

Every check in sequence with yours -- i.e. 5 numbers under and over, were cashed without any problem.

And if the bank couldn't find our account, wouldn't it stand to reason that no ones check would have been any good???
