Ugh...computer troubles.

Installed a couple ad-removal programs today to try and fix a problem I was having with some spyware redirecting me to sites...anyway - somehow they must have changed some settings on my computer, because god knows I didnt touch anything. Every time I try and run an .exe on my computer now, I get an error message. Only way I can run them is right-clicking then selecting 'run as' and unchecking the box as shown here:



Anyone know how to change this so it defaults back to off? Driving me fucking crazy, although Im sure there's a really obvious solution.

don't know if this will help with XP but I had a problem someting like that in Windows 98 along time ago, had to slow the mouse speed down.
