Dialers Info, please help!

Hey I'm starting an affiliate site soon and I'm looking into dialers as one of my features, not sure how to go about them, where can I learn about billing people via dialers to join some of our paysites we are going to be creating, are there sites that offer the dialers and we resell them, do I contact local phone company, etc. anyone know, your help would be appreciated.

I recommend tibs dialers. So do an awful lot of other people. For one, tibs don't ensnare the unwary. Some dialers make it virtually impossible for your customer to say 'No' if they decide not to proceed.
