I run a couple of membership sites that don't cost anything, but not free sites. The money is made in a different way. Alot of our content is being traded on Kazaa, so we have painstakenly duplicated all the movies we have found (that are ours, 100%), and cut out the "money" seconds, the really good parts, but increased the filesize to make the download look more appealing. They will be flooding Kazaa soon. How can I launch a url at the end of the movie instead of just saying visit http://www.hahaha.com for the full free video?

Dont think thats possible from an mpg but why dont you insert a watermark and have the film at the end saying where you can go, same as blacks on blonds and others do

It's possible, seen it a thousand times. The final 5 seconds of the video are telling the user where to go, but I wnat the popup too.

Not in an MPG. WMV supports scripting but the newer Media Players have it disabled by default.

You will have to look for it, but the information on how to do it is there. And yes, you can do it with mpg's.
Just rename the wmv file mpg, and it will still run, and pop a window.
This was months ago I read about it, so things may be different now. Worth a shot, though.
