Can someone tell me if there's anything wrong with this, or is this normal for exit traffic?

and alot of these hits are not getting counted by my stats on the site, so is it just really crappy traffic or is there more going on...

To start with they don't wanna be at your site so why should they click anything? Chuck into that mix the high probability of some hitbot traffic and there goes your productivity.
