raw - unique and sponsor programs

How do they calculate that?

I have sponsors that claim im doing 1:500 while the actual hits are 1:1000 raw

Where does raw stand for according to them?

Other sponsors getting hits from the same traffic source only count 5% as raw for instance.

At Jason & Alex a unique visitor is based on having a unique IP address, site, setting, and tour. Our system is very accurate and have yet to be proven otherwise.

Do you guys clear the ip's every day, week, month?

I don't know how your other sponsors work, but our system is based on daily uniques. So there would be one unique visitor per IP address, per day.

Proxies fuck up those stats because the people behind a proxy
all have the same IP. That's why there are so many people who
seem to already visited that tour.

Good point altho im wondering if really so that much people use proxies. The average joe surfers doesnt even know what a proxy is.

Our stats count first and second page Uniqs.

And we Kick ass on conversions Overall from all our traffic coming into Pornkings from Aug 1st - 11th we are converting 1/569 first page and 1/426 second page.
