Is anyone else having trouble getting a response from them? I've sent in two emails with absolutely no response.

And they were both pretty serious letters. I would call, but I don't do well with confrontation.

Is it just me?

About a month and a half.

I sent the first email out over a month ago, and the second one went out about a week or two ago.

i have never use them,so i can't express any opinion. but a funny thing to mention: i hosted a domain on acidhost.com. After some period since they never replied to me i cancel the hosting fee but they kept hosting my domain for free for somemonths. One day my domain went down, so their sites domain

I had the same problem.

Tech support (Emptymind) has been fine though.

I paid months in advance and they didn't contact me at all, I had to bug them for a bill. Thankfully it arrived last week.

I'm sticking with them but they're too expensive for free sites or galleries. $3.8 gig! So I only use it for my avs sites.

I wanted to host my sites with Vectar Force so I wrote them a couple of emails, asking stuff... well It's been a month and they haven't answered yet (and probably won't) lol

If you are having trouble, please page me, call me, I will send you my number, whatever, but I have NOT received any emails from you that I know of. I have the following emails coming to me:

and I haven't received on email from you. Don was away on business for 3 weeks and just got back so he may be bogged down..... so if you wrote to any of HIS email addy's chances are he hasn't gotten to them yet because he did say that his mailbox was packed full.

As for any other problems, I have been doing the very best I can in keeping in contact and letting everyone know I am here........ always have been. Some things I cannot answer and I get to the person that can as soon as I can. But I am ALWAYS here somewhere, and most have my contact info.

Contact me on icq and I will give you a number to call me, I am here and have been. But when you don't let ME know there is a problem, I can't possibly get it the attention it needs.
